General doors open one hour before scheduled event start. Subject to change. Please refer to your ticket confirmation for show specific information. TICKETS: To pick up tickets at Will Call, please be sure to bring your ID and confirmation to the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC. Tickets can be purchased online at valleyfirsttix.com or in person at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC. ELEVATORS: Two elevators are accessible in the SOEC. One located beside the stairs at Gate 1 (Main Entrance) and another at Gate 2 (Okanagan Hockey Entrance) PARKING: On-site parking is $20. Cash, debit, and credit accepted. Carpooling or using local taxi/ride-share services is recommended FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Venue concession stands will be open. Cash, debit, and credit accepted. No food or drink allowed on the court. Outside food and drink are not permitted in the arena. Alcohol Policy – Please Read CarefullyTo comply with provincial liquor laws under the Liquor Primary “Stadium” license, no alcohol may be taken outside of the venue. This includes all areas of the arena, including Suites and The Vault restaurant. Our license does not permit patrons to leave with any alcoholic beverages, even if they are unfinished. This is a legal requirement, not a venue-specific rule. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this regulation. If you have concerns, our Food & Beverage team is available to help, please ask to speak with them directly. MERCHANDISE: Merchandise is typically available for purchase during the event. Find the merch stand on concourse level. Cash, debit, and credit accepted. CHILD SAFTEY TIP: Take a photo of your child/children before entering the arena (for current clothing details in case of separation). Remind children to find a security guard, guest service person, or visit the Guest Services desk if they become lost. CLEAR BAG POLICY IN EFFECT: The South Okanagan Events Centre Complex enforces a clear bag policy to ensure public safety and expedite entry during security checks at concerts & events. The following bags are permitted into the facility: Non-clear small clutch/belt bag/wallets no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are accepted. Clear bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ Large clear freezer bags no larger than 3.7L/1 Gallon Diaper bags and medically necessary items. All bags are subject to search.
