Gain experience in the audiovisual industry and be part of the action as an Audiovisual volunteer! Ever wonder how the announcer, DJ, and graphic elements appear on the scoreboard at hockey games all in perfect time? As an Audiovisual volunteer, you’ll see the other side of a Penticton Vees hockey game by being part of the production team. For those passionate about video and production, gain valuable experience you can’t get anywhere else in Penticton.

Perfect for groups and organizations in need of fundraising! For example, sports teams, dance groups, school groups, church groups, etc. When groups/organizations sign on to be parking attendants for events at the SOEC Complex, they will receive a $500 donation.

Looking for a great fundraiser for your not-for-profit organization, church or school? Non-profit organizations can staff concession areas at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) Complex (including the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre) for fundraising opportunities.

  • Groups will earn commission based on the percentage of net sales
  • Groups can earn tips and gratuities
  • Group staffing requirements will range from 8 to 24, based on the event
  • Food and Beverage Services will train each group
  • Great networking opportunity to showcase your not-for-profit group to the community
