

The Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) Western Championships will take place March 7-22, 2026, in Penticton, B.C. and will see champions crowned in the U15, U15 Prep, U17, U17 Prep, U18 Prep and Female U18 Prep divisions. Each division will be split into Division I & Division 2 pre-Championships based on the official CSSHL MYHockey Rankings, with each division crowning a champion.
This will be the 11th time the City of Penticton has hosted the CSSHL Western Championships event. This event provides CSSHL member programs and its staff and student-athletes, aged 13-18, with valuable opportunities and experience.
The CSSHL Western Championships will see 106 teams from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Idaho and Washington compete, with 187 of the 196 games at the Okanagan Hockey Training Centre, Memorial Arena and South Okanagan Events Centre. For team schedule details, visit www.csshl.ca.

Games will take place at the following Penticton venues on the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) Complex:

• SOEC and Memorial Arena both have elevators at the main entrance.
• OHA does not have an elevator.

TICKETS (PASSES)
Full Tournament Passes and Day Passes are available to purchase in person at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC, or online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com. When purchasing online, the following delivery options are available:
Mobile Tickets/Passes
Present your tickets on your mobile device for entry. We strongly recommend downloading your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to arriving at the venue to ensure smooth entry.
Will Call
Full Tournament Passes and Day Passes can be picked up at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC. Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
Passes may also be purchased in person at the Valley First Box Office, located at the main entrance of the South Okanagan Events Centre.
Important:
Your confirmation email is NOT your ticket/pass. You must present:
• Your Mobile ticket with QR code, or
• Your Print-at-Home ticket, or
• Your paper ticket purchased in person at the box office
Mobile tickets must be downloaded to your phone prior to arrival.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Attendees and participants must adhere to the venue’s Fan Code of Conduct and entry policies.
• The SOEC Complex enforces a Clear Bag Policy. Please see below for more details.
• Outside food and beverage are NOT permitted inside the venue.
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue. Certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation.
• Please note there are no water refill stations available onsite.
• Patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. The SOEC reserves the right to escort guests carrying prohibited items from the property.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
In alignment with industry standards, the South Okanagan Events Centre enforces a Clear Bag Policy to ensure public safety and expedite entry during security checks.
Clear Bags
• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (12” x 6” x 12”)
• One-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc, etc.)
• Clear backpacks no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” with no more than two pockets
Non-Clear Small Purse / Belt Bag / Clutch / Wallet
• 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller
• May be brought in addition to one approved clear bag option

MERCHANDISE
Take home a piece of the tournament! Official CSSHL Western Championships merchandise will be available for purchase throughout the event. Merchandise booth is located at the South Okanagan Events Centre, behind the stairs at Gate 1 (main entrance). Open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM* . Cash and card are accepted.
