Known for concerts the East Texas native describes fondly as “total chaos,” Wetzel’s live show has grown from Texas dive bars to sold-out amphitheaters and arenas nationwide, drawing more than 250,000 fans on his 2024 Damn Near Normal Tour alone.
“It’s kind of crazy that I’m not dead or in jail with everything that’s gone on in my life,” Wetzel reflects candidly. “Coming into 2026 and this tour, I feel like I’m the best version of myself I’ve ever been. I survived the night side of me. I’m coming out of it a champion.”
The upcoming tour promises to deliver new tracks like “Surrounded” and “Time Goes On” plus 2025’s most-played song at Country radio, the 3x Platinum, five-week No. 1 hit “High Road” and fan favorites including “February 28, 2016” – with the corresponding Koe Wetzel Day unofficial holiday in the midst of its 10th anniversary celebration this week.
Ahead of the celebration a decade in the making culminating at Koe Wetzel’s Riot Room in Fort Worth this Saturday, Feb. 28, fans are encouraged to join Wetzel’s Community by texting 601-563-9895 for an exclusive announcement to come.
About Koe Wetzel
Koe Wetzel never met a genre wall he couldn’t tear down. The Texas-born singer-songwriter has built a rabid fanbase with his boundary-pushing mix of country, rock, hip-hop and ‘90s grunge. His fifth studio album, the Gold-certified 9 Lives (2024, Columbia Records), earned recognition on major year-end best-of lists including Rolling Stone, Billboard and the Los Angeles Times, which named lead single “High Road” (feat. Jessie Murph) one of the best songs of 2024 across all genres. The track marked Wetzel’s debut at Country radio, spent five weeks at No. 1 and became his fastest song to reach RIAA Platinum certification.
With previous Gold- and Platinum-certified releases including Sellout and Hell Paso, Wetzel has amassed more than 4.2 billion global streams. Known for his “total chaos” live shows, he performed for over 250,000 fans on his 2024 Damn Near Normal Tour before joining major tours in 2025.
