Penticton Wine Country Visitor Centre
Located at 553 Railway Street in Penticton, BC, the Visitor Centre is open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm. To contact the Visitor Center call: (250) 493-4055.

Dodge Pickup Windows
Dodge Pickup Window Will Call is located at the south end of South Okanagan Events Centre.
Tickets for events at the South Okanagan Events Centre may be picked up with a valid photo I.D. at the Dodge Pick-up windows; sponsored by Parker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
Door Opening
Doors will normally open one hour prior to an event. Check the event detail for the exact time the doors will open.
Types of Payment Accepted
Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. A valid I.D. must be presented with all credit card sales. Personal and business cheques will NOT be accepted. Cash is the preferred payment for concerts. Remember that once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Q. How can I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets may be purchased 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our call centre toll free at 1-877-763-2849. Tickets may also be purchased online at valleyfirstTIX.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our print at home capability, you may print your tickets using your home computer and printer.
Q. How do I order wheelchair or other accessible seating?
A. Accessible seating is available for all events at the South Okanagan Events Centre. The South Okanagan Events Centre is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Events Centre. Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at (250) 490-2353, 1-877-763-2849 or at the main box office. It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.
Q. Do I need a ticket for my child?
A. Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Children under 2 are typically admitted free to the Events Centre so long as they are seated on the lap of an adult. Policies differ from show to show so please check soec.ca for specific show information.
Q. How do I find out about events as they go on sale?
A. The marketing department announces events through the local media and press releases and information on our website. A great way to get inside information on upcoming ticket sale information is through our Cyber Club. Log onto soec.ca to join.
Q. What if I don't receive my tickets in the mail or I lose them or they are stolen?
A. If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, you should immediately contact the South Okanagan Events Centre box office at (250) 490-2353.
Q. What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
A. In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the South Okanagan Events Centre website. Please be aware that the best way to contact individual ticket holders is through the local media. If an event is cancelled, please contact us at (250) 490-2353 and we will inform you on how to receive your refund.
Q. What is the difference between adult and adult club tickets?
A. Tickets in our club seat sections B, C, and D are subject to a slight premium surcharge due to their added amenities of a padded seat and access to the full service restaurant, The Vault. Exclusive for suite holders and those in sections B, C, and D have access to the restaurant. For restaurant reservations, please e-mail SOEC-reservations.
Q. What does Family Section mean?
A. Tickets in our family sections, sections F & K, are non-alcohol sections, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought back into either for those sections.
